From what I've read most of the PvP crowd moved to Freedom; there's very little of it on most of the other servers.

There's some sporadic PvP action on Pinnacle. Probably not enough to justify moving a character there though.

Infinity used to be a big PvP server, and there is still SOME since people consider it their home server, but most of the PvP went to Freedom.
