Account Management Question...

On Wednesday, March 9 2011, NCsoft Account Services will be brought down for maintenance. All NCsoft Account services will be unavailable at that time. Planned Start: 4:00 a.m. PST / 7:00 a.m. EST / 12:00 p.m. GMT / 13:00 CET Planned Finish: 9:00 a.m. PST / 12:00 p.m. EST / 5:00 p.m. GMT / 18:00 CET You will be unable to access the following areas during the maintenance: The NCsoft Store (to purchase items like the Booster packs for instance); The City of Heroes Ingame Store (to purchase services or items like character transfers, renames, character slots or Respec tokens); The NCsoft Account Management System (to manage, create, upgrade or re-activate your account for instance); The creation of new Forum accounts (the use of existing Forum accounts will not however be affected). |
Looks like it *should* be done by now (by a lot), but maybe they ran into problems.

Well, I had screwed up the security question before, would that have caused an issue with me not being able to get to that point again?

I have a question on the security stuff, since NCSOFT's web page is totally useless...
How you enter your birth date, they do not give an example
The month is easy, its a pull down.
the day, in my case is a single number, do you enter the number say 1 or enter 01
the year same story, you enter the last to characters or all 4?

I had this same problem the other day. I contacted support and they removed the security question so I could log in. It still didn't work on my computer at work, but I was able to log in from my home computer just fine by just giving the birthday.
I am guessing they have blocked my work computer since I answered the security question wrong several times. Not sure how to unblock it yet and will have to contact support again about that.
...since I don't know where else to put this.
Is Account Management down?
I forgot the answer to my security question, and after waiting a day, now it won't let me get anywhere, and when trying to account customer support through the website, it's saying the link is broken for customer support :/
I'd like to get my card changed over to my new card before my 3 month time has lapsed, and otherwise just get it all taken care of now
