It came back up about 10 minutes later....
Yup, I retried for 15 mins and then gave up. Bananas was having the same problem.
I was able to re log in at around 21:30 GMT.

We crashed the EU Test server @ 8:50pm GMT,
It was back up around 9:25 GMT.
So near 35 min Dev/test time lost, and adding the 5 hours late last time...
EU testing with Devs time owed 5:35 !!!
