At the recharge cap you can summon one every 48 seconds. With a duration of 200 seconds, that means you can have a fifth one for 8 seconds. My memory must be off when I recalled seeing six, because it's not mechanically possible.

Adjust the recharge on Photon Seekers and I wouldn't care at all. As it is, the situation basically screams that Photon Seekers have far too long of a recharge for what they do.
Even if most Warshades aren't going to be at the recharge cap, 2-3 at a time is not unreasonable to assume, and that's a lot more damage than what Photon Seekers does. They're fun and all, but there is no way you can look at the numbers and performance and say that's okay.

And I'm with you 1000 percent on lowering the recharge on Photon Seekers. The disparity between the pets is the crux of the disparity between the two archetypes. Save the Photon Seekers, save the Peacebringers.

You aren't factoring in the activation time of the power. 48 seconds recharge plus 3.432 cast time (arcana) makes for 51.432 seconds, which goes into the 200 second duration 3.89 times. If I just divide the 200 seconds by 48, then yes, I could get 5 very briefly, but the activation time is eating into the duration a bit. I also used to run with some kins at the recharge cap and know from experience that 4 is all you will ever get.
