Thankfully I had all of my stuff set up so it went smoothly for me but that definitely sucks the big one. Good luck!
Contact support. I got the questions removed yesterday(Sunday!) in about an hour or so.

Yeah, I called support. They had everything cleared in under 30 minutes. I've heard of the horror stories so I expected the worst, and got really good service.
No I hadn't seen the post that the changes had gone into effect. If I had known a day or two in advance I would have double checked all my info so I wouldn't have had the problem.

I had them set up beforehand, because on another MMO that I'm on, accounts getting compromised is rampant. This, at least, will hopefully protect folks from that. Minor tip: don't tell the truth on your security answers, especially if the answers are on your Facebook page.
