this is the message I'm getting in game when attempting to slot the tier 4 Incarnate enhancement into the Alpha Slot. I've got all powers turned off, including Hasten, and standing still in Ouroboros. Are the Tier 4's not working in the Alpha slot yet? |

I believe the constant field is what suppresses your O-portal while inside Ouroborous.
