Actually it was reduced during the great SG Badge adjustment. It now requires only 1 million heal points in SG mode.
See here for Tree of Wonders, unlocked by Auto-Doc Plans. It will buy pretty much everything a vendor will except for special stuff like winter present insps.

a while back a friend of my was telling me of his SG group building this Tree of Life to be installed in to the SG base. I like to know what dose it do? how to get it.
