So you mean take one of the end/acc or end/rech and turn them into a +end? that makes my recovery go down. Or are you suggesting I 4 slot it, in which case what should I take a slot out of?
best slotting would be endmod IO, perfomanceshifter endmod and chance for end (will give you 4,0045 end/sec)
the numbers from the chance for end arent counted in mids but are 0,2245 end/sec [112,25/10 (10% end)= 11,225; 11,225/50 (20% chance and 1 tick every 10 secs)= 0,2245end/sec]

Interesting power picks. But as a pet herder type of toon, a bane is really a very poor substitute for a crab. As I recently discovered, the patron pet is crap and Spiderlings actually pack the biggest punch.
EDIT: Call Reinforcements are a nice addition to any bane build if you can stick them in, but they're still just a nice addition, not something to base your build on. The patron pet is not even that, because as a power it's literally less than half as effective as Call Reinforcements.

Uh oh. You're at the softcap with Cloaking Device turned on. You missed the part where it gives only 5.857% defense once your Hidden status breaks, instead of 11.71% with which you're at the cap.
there are some minor things:
1) you are only softcapped to ranged when you are attacking (40,8% def aoe and melee)
2) decid if you want some Hp or some more rec (numina heal/end or miracle heal in health
3) my build with some changes (softcap to ranged and melee even when attacked or attacking)

Yeah I thought they changed that in mids to show defense out of hidden status but it did seem too easy to be true. On my phone atm but will check your build later at home.
i approve of your changes vern. i wasn't really too sold on the whole taking assault thing anyway.
Wow.. never know it's possible to have Perma Arachnos Blaster?? Isn't recharge at 900s with only 240s duration?
And since your goal is to utilize pet, I wonder if other patron pets are better? I think Blood Widow could be doing a lot more damage for you.
What's left is to normalize all Assassin Strikes and improve Stalker's old sets (Claw, MA and EM)! You don't need to bring back the missing PbAoE attack. You just need to make the existing ones better! For example, make Slice a WIDER and LONGER cone.
I guess the title to this thread is misleading. No pets are not the goal of this build. At all. They were just nice little extras once I got the basics covered. Also I have no desire to rely on pets for damage, I went Mace Mastery solely for Shatter Armor.

soul tentacles is cone and takes more time to set up then web envelope. i already plan on spending most of my time in melee, so i like the fact that i can just pop WE from anywhere. also same logic applies to shatter armor over dark oblit. Yes i know dark oblit it TAoE, but my play style and role on my teams is always to find the hard targets and take them out. Aoe is just extra.
was only a hint how it can be done with some more damaging pet

I have the the Perma Three Pet Huntsman build myself (just 3 seconds of downtime on the arachnoid blaster).
ITs quite lovely to play.
When something good happens to me, I can never enjoy it....

The Arachnobot Blaster is thematic.
The combination of Survielance+Venom Grenade+Shatter Armor+ Achilles Heel is fearsome.
Web envelope stacks with WAWG to provide massive -recharge as well.
The combination of the above makes it a breeze to solo AVs.

So I've had a Huntsman sitting in the mid thirties for a while now, and I haven't really given a build a real good shot since i19 went live. I started messing around and this is what I came up with.
46.6% Defense All except Ranged is 55%
212.5% Recharge (on top of what would be eventually Spiritual Core Paragon)
Perma Arachnos Blaster and Call Reinforcements
A full melee attack chain with only the high damage Mace attacks (including Shatter Armor from the PPP)
A full ranged attack chain.
Giving whole team and my pets roughly 21% defense to all.
