Ok, after talking to a few people on the forums and online I think the lack of sign ups here is a strong vote against doing a Sister Psyche, so we'll just make it a good old fashioned shard run ITF. We're usually full and into the reserves at this point. I think in my effort to "be fair" it made it hard for people to voice their personal preference and therefore they just chose to not choose. My bad.
