Already got 'em. It's a tricky explore badge duo. You have to be earing khaki slacks and have your Lackadaisical Aura slotted for Ennui.

I'd say you've been playing CoH too long, but the other day, I saw this woman in camoflauge pants taking this guys ear off at a bus stop, and I thought to myself, if I just punch that guy, she'll start following me, and if I let her follow me into traffic, she'll get hit by a truck, and I can go home early.
