Mission bug: Come to Blast Furnace's rescue!

I just wanted to make the dev.'s aware that there's a bug within the "Come to Blast Furnace's rescue!" tip mission. After beating Maelstrom for the first time you are then instructed to defeat Blast Furnace. I am assuming that Maelstrom is supposed to respawn at some point because I saw two thumbtacks on my map. One literally said "nothing" and the other said "target". I crossed along those targets numerous times and cleared the map. Maelstrom did not respawn so I'm assuming there's a trigger issue with this. I had to get a G.M. to help me complete the mission.

Firstly, don't necro post.
Secondly, it worked fine the last time I ran it so it's apparently an INTERMITTENT problem and those are very hard to find.
