As a former virtue pvper I can attest to how bad they are. To bad I stripped my pvp toons or I'd join for shiggles.

Also, yeah, O2 Boost poops HE, but then you have a Storm, which is all but worthless in a small match. You'd be better off with an Emp solving the problem. Or AM gathering on a Rad, 'cause AM's OP.
