Any news on how judgment will work yet? I’m asking about the next level in the incarnate system. The reason I’m asking is because I have a DM/WP toon which I enjoy playing, but I could really use a good AoE power to go along with my character. I just don’t know if there has been much information provided on the topic yet.

All you can get right now anyway is speculation from the playerbase... if there's been any official leaks I'm not aware of them.

The Judgment slot will give you a weaker version of [The I Win Button]! (Dev tool, kills all enemies on the map, not supposed to be used on live servers)

Information previously leaked on an iteration of the Test Server. This thread has some more info, which also links to this thread with screenshots of Ion Radial Final Judgement.

This interests me a great deal. What if instead of a new aoe power it allowed us to say increase the target cap and or the radius for an aoe we already had. Imagine a 30 foot foot stomp that can hit 25 people at once, or a lightning rod more akin to reichsmans'.

This is what I wish incarnates to truly become.

any opinions on which is the best Judgment power to choose - with these new trials in mind.

I initially went with cryo thinking cold might slow escaping prisoners a bit, not alas no. So now think i might go with pyro or void.

anyone slotted either / both of them (on ALTs) and have an opinion as to which is best?

Currently, DUE TO BEING BUGGED, Ionic is the most popular. The Judgement powers are not supposed to benefit from your damage buffs. The Ionic effect jumps from target to target and, after the first one, inherits your damage buffs. So it's currently doing crazy damage until it gets fixed.

Personally, I took Void for thematic reasons and the fact that it also applies a damage debuff on the enemy. (It can also do knockback or extra damage, but I'm not going that route in the tree.)
