I have to say by far and away Repeat Offenders. Elegant and sophisticated, and many different themes, they have become the most inspiring bases I have seen since the year 2005, when I started playing, and I have seen quite a bit of them.

Make all IO's available in Paragon Market! NCSoft, the chinese are making BIG money selling influence and other stuff in the game. Best way to stop them = make the paragon market a place to buy all IO's and perhaps other things as well.

Each and every base that i have steped foot in has inspired me in one way or another.
Everyone that posts in the base construction section of the forums inspires me. I find all kinds of inspiration here. All you guys (and gals) are so creative!
