Wasnt sure where to post this, but since its considered a "screenshot" I figured why not!
I wanted to see who you think the top 10 sexiest CoHers are. Post the characters name and link from the faces website or just PM me if you feel uncomfortable http://faces.cohtitan.com/. The top 10 submittals will be posted and we will vote on the top 5 as a community. Should be fun and I am interested in seeing how silly this thread could get. Keep in mind I say sexy, but not necessarily in a derogatory way. This is to be fun and creative!

Been thinking about this for some time. And the question is who is Triumphs poster child?
Sooooo, the criteria
1. Must be a player originally from triumph.
2. If your nominating someone, you must include a real life picture. I think a lot of people still use CoH Faces
3. Include one sentence as to why you think they should be the cover boy/girl.
4. All submitions will be filtered by me and we will hold a vote on the top 3 or 4.
This is all in the name of fun. No reason behind this, just thought the community could express themselves and have a good time. Look im board at work and were out of doughnuts! -

Great scrapper and leads by example. One of the games top base builders and played a role in starting a player base building committee. Here since the start and likes to keep out of the public eye.
Dawun @Dawun
A great guy and force to be reckoned with in PvP. Does a lot of work on test and is a great resource for insights. Can play ANY character well and guaranteed lock on your team.
Emerald Fusion @Emerald_Fusion
Leads the most well known and respected SG on Triumph. Also willing to help others and organize events. I dont think I ever heard him say a curse word. The Derek Jeter of Triumph. -

Nice to pay homage to those base builders that inspired you to work on your base. I have to say my tops are Turbo Starr for his space station and Stacker for his ability to manipulate the editing system.

They weren't sharing information. They were trying to keep what they've been doing under wraps for as long as possible. That isn't sharing.
Turbo and his friends may have best intentions in this endeavor but they admitted that they wouldn't have told us this much if the news hadn't broken before they intended to say anything.
If you are going to make a family analogy then the correct thing to say is that families keep secrets from each other when they think it's in the best interest of other family members, and sometimes (like now) it backfires and causes turmoil. -
I figured I would post here after having a long conversation with Turbo over the weekend.
He assured me that no decisions will be made without the consent of the community and that he is following this thread closely.
He agrees with much of what we re saying actually and couldnt reiterate enough that his intentions are good. Though that may be true, I expressed my frustration with the secrecy of the committee. He explained that it took over 8 months form the time of the proposal in speaking with several developers to get this far.
When asked about this proposal, he told me that its not nearly a secret as much of us have been making it out to be. The contents of the proposal are based off of our pre-existing lists and documentations by MadScinteists, Impish Kat, Fire_Away and a few others.
When asked why he selected himself? He said that he didnt intend for it to be that way. That after speaking with a few devs, they suggested he start the organization after writing up much of the literature. He was also warned about the repercussions in starting a committee much like this, so after I asked him if it bothers him that were ripping him a new one, he said (paraphrasing here) The passion the base community has is what will make this work. Everything that has been said is rightfully so. We do not see it as an attack but more as constructive feedback. I would be doing the same if it was another.
I kinda feel differently now after speaking with him and believe this is the best way. As long as we are able to make decisions, I no longer see anything wrong with this. Its been sometime since we have seen base love and I believe the devs are on board more then ever (just my feeling). I do wish I knew how to record my conversation but think I did a good job summarizing our talk. -

More importantly, base-building is a time sink for players which I think is more in line with what the devs gear towards, than taking inf off the table. It's something to do during cool-down times, in between leveling.
On the other hand, at least there are countless threads on how to improve bases and lists upon lists upon lists. I have no doubt that this committee will use that as a guideline. The only question is weather anything comes of it. -
At least these guys are trying to do something about it. Im more of a complainer so I rather do that then try to form a committee.

Is it just me hearing things, or is there going to be a player committee forming for bases?
I heard through the server that something was in the works with Sidhe and Turbo. Can anyone confirm this? I thought I saw it somewhere online hopefully its not a disappointment. -
Just saw the updates last night and the space arboretum looks amazing! Hope to see pictures soon.
