Nope. Did 5 tips on Thursday night then another 5 + Morality last night (the Morality actually dropped from defeating the boss of the last tip).

No problems here getting tips. Oh sure, sometimes it seems like it takes a while, but it's all perception.
I don't even bother running missions to get tips, I just street sweep in Talos and take out the mobs of Warriors, Freaks and Tsoo that I come across. Takes me maybe 20 minutes (usually less) to get all 3 tips. Then I head to Atlas to do the tips, since Atlas is a small zone it makes getting to the next tip faster. I almost always get the last 2 tips (and most of the time) and the morality to drop from those missions so I don't need to bother going back to Talos to get more.
Doesn't matter what level the character is I'm playing, that's my routine for them all, whether they are lvl 20 or lvl 50.

was on a double xp team yesterday and during the mission, my character leveled up to 20. it picked up 3 tips before the mission was done. 
I don't think its been changed. Just remember, like most other stuff in coh, bosses drop the best and they have to be at least level 20

I thought maybe it was just my perception. After 140+ mobs without a tip, I no longer believe it is just percepction.
I don't know if the problem is just on Liberty, or just on the villain side of liberty, but there is no way I will buy that it's just my perception any longer.

I was getting tips regularly. I went a couple of mishes without getting the Morality mission, and then I got it the next mish.
I've played several level ranges of characters since the patch, and they've all been getting tips.
Loose --> not tight.
Lose --> Did not win, misplace, cannot find, subtract.
One extra 'o' makes a big difference.

I've gotten 3 tips in ONE FIGHT. It's hardly inconceivable that you might go a dozen missions or more with zero tips.

I noticed that the drop rate for tips has dropped (no pun intended) since the patch on 01/27/2011. On the Liberty server, I asked in the LB channel chat room and several people are saying the same thing. One person said it took about 20 radio missions to get 1 tip. I have done 10 missions or so between story line and newspaper and have not gotten a single tip (and no, I don't have 3 tips already, I have 0).
Anyone else seeing this?
