System Crash after clicking Contacts

Hi All,

Need help and not sure what to do at this point... video drivers have been updated and the issue is I can load the game just fine, my system can handle ultra and game looks great but when ever I click on contacts for a new mission the game locks up on me and becomes unresponsive. I have to ctrl+alt+delete to get out. As long as I do not click on contacts I'm fine but without this I cannot do missions and hence play the game. Below is my COHHelper and HIjackthis info.

PS Let me know if any other info is needed to help with this matter.

I was having this issue about a month ago and was directed to rollback my video driver or turn down my Ultra Mode setting for Water Effects. I turned the setting down and I haven't seen the issue since then.

I had this problem, but killing the WindowBlinds service fixed it.
