Hero DC- The Creeper- Similar to the Joker but more heroic and stronger.

1) Nemesis - cuz he's like the Doctor Doom of AV's. He's got a zillion replicants and no one seems to know if you've even defeated the real one!
2)Imperious/Statesman - major league pbaoe damage, especially if location is debuffed! Will take out the other AV's if buff stacked and location is debuffed....
