I have a build I am realtively set on but I would like to know other opinions. I use him to solo Alignment missions and on Strike forces a lot. I will probably get Muscualture and Cardiac and see which benefits me more.

You cant pick any APPs. Villain epics archetypes are stuck with the PPP.
It sucks, but better than Hero epics archetypes with no PPP or APPs at all.

Why does mids list that as an option? I was so excited until i tried my respec. Physical perfection would be so much better than anything else I got.

The only thing I noticed skimming through that long post was that TT:Maneuvers is taken way too late, and underslotted. At the very least, swap it with pool Maneuvers.
