I don't have the cardiac uncommon yet. I intend to. It is intended that if you can enhance a power then the alpha slotting will affect that corrseponding power.

I just wanted to be clear on this. Does it buff the Tier 2 Demon's damage resist aura that it grants to those in range of it?
