It does suffer from the rule of 5. However, it is NOT the same as any other 7.5% Recharge bonus you might be able to get from set bonuses. Therefore, you can slot 5 LotG 7.5% Recharge bonuses, and have 5 OTHER 7.5% recharge bonuses from other sets.

What's left is to normalize all Assassin Strikes and improve Stalker's old sets (Claw, MA and EM)! You don't need to bring back the missing PbAoE attack. You just need to make the existing ones better! For example, make Slice a WIDER and LONGER cone.

Question: Does Luck of the Gambler's 7.5% global recharge speed suffer from the "rule of 5"?
Or, since it is outside the set bonuses, can I slot more than 5?
