The answer is that it is not possible to make Elude Perma. Even with capped recharge, (which is impossible to slot for, AFAIK) it is still not Perma.

Odd. I thought I had heard that it was possible to pop elude moments after the first, but that the crash still kicked your butt.

I'm sure there's a guide somewhere, but as usual, my search-fu is weak. I'm doing a DB/SR scrapper. I don't do Mids and all that, but I'm basically up on the sets and how to slot/IO out a build. Call me a high-level amateur. ;^) Here's my basic question-is it possible or advisable to attempt for perma-Elude over soft-capping my 3 main defense types?
I'm thinking about keeping 2 builds-one with soft-capped big 3 defenses, and another with perma-Elude (if it's possible). But being as I've never perma'ed anything, I thought I would turn to the forums to ask if it even works before attempting it. I'm assuming I'd have to pull Hasten in (well, duh!), then slot several LotG's and several more sets with +rchg boosts. Thoughts? Thanks!
Basically too many 50's to count, but I'm generally a brute/scrapper/tank kind of guy.
