Alpha advice for an Inv/SS?
I'd rethink your build first of all. All them slots in unyielding would do better in Tough to reduce the end cost more. The +3%def would do better in RPD, the slotting in Tough Hide to Invincible, the slotting in Invincible to Weave. Now your net end gain is even better. Then consider where you have 6 slots. The bonuses of the 5th and 6th are worth it? Or could you swing and roundabout for more of something else? In dropping a couple of unnecessary slots you could bring much needed love to another power, remember 1 def = 2 res and a bunch of secondary effects missing.
In thinking of bang for buck I'd swap Manuevers for Combat Jump. Sure Manuevers might help the team but damage other than AoEs should be entirely on you and whether people decide to stick their heads in the AoE oven is down to them. Net end gain increases.
When it comes to the question of what alpha I would have if I had your build I'd start with 4 empty build plans with one of each type respectively in each of the four and do the build backwards.
My Inv/SS has better end rec to end drain and I basically would love more endurance recovery because now and then I still might fancy a blue.

For my Inv/SS tank I went with the Cardiac end reduction/dam res boost as I was having endurance problems.
I like the uncommon boost as it keeps me from sucking wind as I attack and helps with damage resistance. So I can attack like a scrapper and still be more survivable. I'm looking forward to the rare and very rare boosts.
Uber Talgrim - level 50 emp/dark defender
Uber Rod - level 50 dark melee/regen scrapper

I went with Cardiac as well. My passive resists weren't at the ED cap, so it basically adds another slot to each of them, plus a little extra to Temp Invulnerability and Unyielding. Not a huge difference, but I'm happy with it.
As an Invuln, there is no reason to not be at 90% S/L resistance. Your 85% resistance means you take 15% of all S/L damage done to you instead of 10%. That's 50% more, which is a huge margin when fighting AVs. It could make the difference between getting hit for 2000 or 3000 when fighting Bobcat in Tin Mage's TF. I'm not sure if she actually hits that hard, but she does cut through tanks like butter if they don't have the defense and resistance to stand up to her.
One of the nice things about the Alpha slots is you can change out as needed. I slotted Cardiac for end reduction in my Spines/fire scrapper and then went to Cardiac Radial Boost for end red/damage resistance. I need to play it a bit to see what the differences are but the point I am making is that there is no reason not to try more than one alpha option and switch out as needed.
I'd make it a toss up between Musculare and Spiritual. I'm leaning to Spirtual on my own Inv/SS right now not only due to the recharge but the healing bonus (Dull Pain and Health) and the To Hit Buff (Rage).

I rarely have End problems, so I don't think Cardiac is the right way to go. I'm able to run all six toggles and fight. While flying. I would get some utility out of Resistance, but I'm already at ~85% Sm/Le Resistance. (Resist hard cap is 90%, right?) But I wouldn't get much use out of Range or Status Effect Durations. Nearly all my attacks have Red Damage numbers in Mid's (indicative of "way into ED territory") so I don't think Musculature is the right way to go. Plus, I have no use for Immobilization Duration, Defense Debuff, Endurance Modification, ToHit Debuff and Run Speed. I was hoping for a way to get moar damij. (I know, I know; not a tank's role. But I solo a lot.) Since Musculature won't really work for me, then I started leaning towards Spiritual, cuz Recharge is a good way to increase damage. Plus I would get some use out of Healing and ToHit Buff. But Nerve looks like a no-brainer. Accuracy would kinda increase damage. Plus Defense Buff. Plus Taunt and Fly if I go Radial. The first thing I noticed is you have 3 different purple sets, yet your not soft capped to any type of defense. There's nothing wrong with wanting damage and slotting for damage on your tank, but IMO survivability should come first on a tank.
Many of your powers such as Invincibility, Unyielding, and Fly are way overslotted. Placing some of those slots elsewhere could get you better bonuses such as for defense.
With soft capped defense, you will find Unstoppable next to useless. Which will give you options for better power choices.
BTW grab Haymaker. It's a great attack.
Your power choices are very similar to mine. This is my build. I'm soft capped to S/L/E/NE, excellent recovery, near 300% regen, perma Dull Pain, perma Rage. Instead of purple sets, I slotted 4 LOTG 7.5% enhancements. Most of the time I keep Tough off which lowers my end use even more. I've solo'd a handful of AV's with this build as well. Perhaps this could give you some ideas.
