Basically meaning: the team with last draft pick choice (7th pick) in the first round, gets 1st pick in the second round?
and vice versa...
To keep a drafted skilled player balance for all the teams.

The first 2 picks for the 4 man teams become core and they cant re-add those players they just replaced. Its just logical in the sense that teams with 6 got to pick their players before hand without any draft which is better then having 2 picks before the draft. But like I said they should just add them before we go to draft.
I had counted 47 left, not 44. I could have missed some that were incorporated into other teams though since not all globals are up in the team lists...

the fairest thing to do would get the teams below six - then assign them pick order, let them pick 1 each. Then everyone gets random order from that point on. That way the below 6 teams are adding a first pick but not cherry picking more than one before any other team has a fair chance and the teams with less than six (still after the first choice do dad) would still have a chance for a good pick order.
I would also say if you have not posted you are below 6 by now...sorry you got 6 or drop out.
