Was Theft of Essence +End nerfed?

I've been brainstorming a /DA build and couldn't help but notice that Mids shows the Theft of Essece proc as 20% chance for +10% end... didn't it used to be +33% end? Or am I remembering incorrectly?

I think you're misremembering, though I suppose it's possible it was better before I put my own Dark Armor together, as I wouldn't have been paying attention. In any case, it's enough. As long as you slot some decent endurance reduction, the Theft of Essence will often have you recovering endurance in crowds instead of losing it.

I figured I might have been transposing the '33' around; thanks, Werner.

As far as I remember it has always just been +10% but if you put it in something like Dark Regeneration, it can hit multiple people and EACH of them gives that chance so it can fire off multiple times in an execution.

So it is actually possible to end up with more endurance than you started with which is great seeing as how Dark Regeneration has a huge endurance cost.

It's been 10% since it was introduced. Now, Dark Regeneration costs 33 endurance on my Scrapper; could that be the source of the confusion?

What makes Dark Regeneration so special that it has a chance to proc for each target hit? My friend slotted a Force Feedback proc in his Thunder Strike and it never procced more than once per activation. Is it that Dark Regeneration spawns pseudo-pets, or is there something else going on here?

A proc in a power that targets multiple enemies like those would *normally* have a chance to go off multiple times - the power affects everyone in range, so the proc has a chance to affect everyone in range too. The difference with the force feedback proc is that it is specifically set to not stack. The theft of essence proc is the one acting normally.

Actually I think Thunderstrike is the one that spawns a pseudo pet. You do smashing/energy damage to one target, and the pet does the energy damage in an AoE.

also force feedback never stacks with itself anyway. I don't even think it overwrites itself. If I remember right, if you have one up and another procs, it is ignored (and wasted).
