Help me re-build my Dominator
Huh. The only things I would change about the Live build are a matter of taste anyway. Granted, I've never played Ice/Fire, but it looks pretty solid. Power Selection-wise, it looks good. Maybe it needs Fire Breath and Ice Storm? I'm totally stumped.
Maybe slotting is the problem. Can you show us your current slotting, if it's not too much trouble?
No Incinerate? No Fire Breath? No Shiver? I've found all of these very useful on my Domis (not an Ice/Fire but an Earth/Fire and an Ice/Psi and am Ice/Thorns).
Fire Breath is excellent on Domis, especially since you could couple it with Shiver. Yes Shiver is only some soft control / debuff but it's a good follow-up move (after an Ice Slick) and works nicely as a 1-2 with Embrace of Fire boosted Fire Breath (especially if you've also dumped Sleet on them). I'd certainly take Ice Storm over Hoarfrost too (I know Hoarfrost is nice but Ice Storm is nicer in my opinion, especially since things will be falling over on Ice Patch / Sleet and also incredibly slow moving thanks to Shiver & Arctic Air on top of that).
For my tastes there's too many pool powers and not enough from the Primary and Secondary (I'd also dump the single target immob, or at least put it off until much later if you want it for immobing AVs).

I disagree with your choice of glacier. I find that glacier causes more problems than it solves, requires massive slot investment, and is not terribly reliable without huge chunks of +acc. Someone earlier mentioned the use of shiver. I would, by far, recommend dropping glacier for shiver. With careful use of insp, you can kill an AV solo with ice leveraging the enormous -rech it can bring to bear. I have done it, twice. That's not saying a lot, but given that I roll with only 1 hold, it might give you a better perspective on the value of shiver.

I remember doing that Clone mission on a level 27 PuG with my Ice/Psi. The leader was a Fort and he asked how many clones he should set for. We said 8.
Thanks to those failures that pop up before the big fight fuelling my Domination bar I was able to insta-hold his clones the second they popped up and we cleaned the floor with them.
Caution: Radical Thought Process Below
I've never understood the appeal or use of /fire as a melee set. It's much more a ranged set: flares, fire blast, fire breath, blaze and bolt vs. incinerate and combustion. Consume is skippable with domination and free stamina these days. Embrace of fire helps all attacks equally, so no benefit to melee there.
Meanwhile, ice control is primarily a melee set with AA and Glacier being a couple of your strongest controls.
My radical thought is to go with a ranged ice/fire. Dump AA and Glacier (crazy ain't it?). Instead, go with Flash Freeze, Ice Slick and Shiver. Take the ice APP and add in Sleet and Ice Storm. Those 2 give you damage and additional ranged control.
With that set up you could easily hang back and paralyze foes with slows and knockdown, while unloading ranged fiery death.
Anyway, I don't know if you're as daring as I am with dom builds, but I think I might like this one enough to try it myself.
Please buff Ice Control.
So, here's the issue:
My first villain 50, an Ice/Fiery Dom, needs help. He's seems/feels much weaker than my 39 Fire/Icy, and I can't figure out why. There's a paucity of information on this combo *only guide is I6, and nothing I saw in the first 50 threads*, so I'm pestering ya'll directly. Only two requirements are a lack of need for perma-dom, unless it happens (have enough money sinks, I can get buy with a common IO build), and I really, really, really, really want to have flight on him (RP reasons). Also, I get City Traveler in 2 months, and have no Ninja Run, so if I need to wait for the build, it's alright, plenty of alts to distract me.
