Okay, thanks. I did look in CoD, but it did have base accuracy in there, as does Mid's. It's a pretty nice power, actually. Sure, it's not a huge -to hit, but it recharges fast and isn't too heavy on the endurance use. Helped me out while I was duking it out with Powers Division the other day.

I was told by several people that the perception debuff is the autohit portion, the actual tohit debuff makes a tohit check to apply to a target in PvE. Really...most people use the power for the -perception anyway, and its not that hard to spam-cast it 2-3 times to get the tohit debuff to stick.

I'm a little confused by the Fire Control power, Smoke. It takes accuracy enhancements (but not accurate to hit debuff IO sets), but I've never seen it miss when I've used it so far. Do I even have to worry about slotting this power for accuracy? I'm assuming not, but I want to be sure before I ditch putting accuracy in there (at least before he gets IO sets).
