Because it's hard to put a corpse on trial - although as a stormtrooper, you're probably used to that whole "killing without a trial" thing that Tyrant seems to be so fond of

Primal Eiko just kills without reason or trial, but she's a psychopath.

Praetorian Eiko only kills those that threaten the peace. Never had to execute anyone (it's not "execution" if they're trying to shoot you back).
