Delete <cohupdater.eu.exe>.
Rename <cohupdater.eu.tmp> in <cohupdater.eu.exe>.
Worked for me.
Edit: Don't include the <> obviously.

Just tried to check, mine worked fine, except it started to fix a bunch of files. So dunno what happened for it to do that. But it fixed em fine and then i could log in.

Have the same problem, posed on the Training room forum and also tech forum without any luck so far
I have just tried to update my EU test server with the latest patch.
BUT
Then I get an error box stating

Due to work over the past month, I have hardly been on live (ok atm) let alone test and afaik nothing has been changed my end.
any clues anyone? anyone else have this, or is it just me?
