Bug with 45/50 end redux/End mod memorize?

The twelve and twelve refer to the level of the IO, not the specific type of IO. You need to craft twelve lvl 50 (End Mod OR End Red) and twelve lvl 45 (End Mod OR End Red), not twelve End Mod and twelve End Red.

The 12 and 12 is for L45 and L50...
Of those 12 for each level, they could be End Rdx or End Mod.
Looks like you crafted the bulk of yours as L50 - that would be my guess
on the issue based on your post, so I'd think you need to craft some L45s.

If the second wiki that you're talking about is the one located on Wikia, please, for your own sake, don't use it. The founders of Paragonwiki stopped using Wikia because, among other things, viruses were being propagated through the site, and the people running the wiki were unable to do anything about it. The Wikia version has been abandoned by most of the people who update the wiki, meaning that most of the information is out of date as well.

Both wiki pages I could find for this memorization badge listed that I need to make 12 and 12 of the end redux and the end mod enhancements.
It is stuck at 75% (18 of 24) which would support the 12 and 12 numbers... however, I just crafted 15 level 50 end redux, 1 45 end redux, 15 50 end mod and 5 45 end mod. Is there something I'm missing here?
