Go into options and look for the tool tips option and make sure it's on. General Options tab, scroll down to Miscellaneous section.

For some reason it won't show the info DURING a respec. Makes it hard to know how much of some stuff to slot if you didn't write it all down or use Mids.

You know how when you hover your mouse over a power/enhancement, you get lots of info, when you are looking at your enhancements. Well, when I hover over them on one of my characters no window pops up to tell me anything. I just respeced and can't finish slotting my toon without knowing which enhancements I've already placed. Please help!
