Vincent Ross and Masterminds (spoilers)

Running Vincent Ross's arc on my mastermind today, I didn't get the temp power for the last mission with the huge groups of Legacy Chain. Needless to say, I gave that up as "not likely to succeed without extreme frustration" and reset the mission. This time, I entered the mission without my henchmen and got the temp power, and the mission was considerably easier (a little long to be fighting enemies that don't really pose any threat to me, and I got to resummon henchmen a bunch because they didn't have the temp, but easy). Only thing I can figure regarding the first try is that one of my henchmen got the temp power instead of me.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I did it with my Thugs MM. I summoned inside the mission and had the power. Would have to try it again via Oro to be able to see about it with pets out.

I had a different issue, related to another bug. I entered the mission with my henchmen only to have them stop reacting to commands (they would say their response text, "orders received" or whatever they say, but wouldn't actually do the thing I told them to do). I did get the temp power though.

I don't understand why Masterminds are finding it necessary to resummon though, I don't think I resummoned once during the entire mission. The temp makes it stupidly easy to tank the thing.

My henchmen never got the temp and my secondary has no ally buffs, so they'd would wear down and die in the early phases of each wave, before the Legacy Chain's numbers thinned out. It wasn't really an issue; with the temp power I was basically invulnerable and could have handled the mission with Snap Shot, Apprentice Charm, Brawl, five hours, and infinite patience, and I was easily able to keep a full set of buffed henchmen. (I actually fairly surprised at how hardy they were; I only had to resummon about once per wave. My memories of the 20s on that character are not pleasant, but then I was fighting Scrapyarders, with Demolitionists, for much of that time. And I got to keep the second buff power.)

This is an (exceptionally annoying) bug that's been active for a bit. Don't dismiss them. Use /releasepets, then resummon/rebuff.

I ran this mission with a Mercenaries Mastermind and didn't have a problem.

Although trying to keep my henchmen alive was more trouble than it was worth, I don't think I'll do it with a Mastermind again.
