Okay, I've cooked up what I think is this kick-*** lil' Night Widow and thanks to the latest Titan Sentinal, I'm able to easily export the build to Mids. So... what I'd like is some feedback from the peanut gallery on her. (Yes, I know I probably have too much in Maneuvers... but it does give me a home for a full set of LotGs <G>)

I made a few changes, more recharge (so Mind Link is perma), more HP (more HP offset the minor lose in regen), more End and more recovery, Psychic Scream is now fully slotted, and more importantly, capped defenses.

Hmm... interesting. One thing that jumps out for starts is there's more slots than I'd've put into Psychic Scream myself - I rarely use it as any mob that's far enough away to warrant shooting at is basically a Poison Dart target, and Psychic Scream is used only if they survive the Dart. If there's more than one target at range, I just jump in and slice then up. The last three powers (PS, Smoke Grenade & Veng) were basically me just filling the toon up as I already had the powers I wanted in prior to lvl 41. And no, I don't remember why I put that 2nd slot in PS to begin with...

All in all, food for thought.

One thing I noticed, is the stealth proc in combat jumping. It can fit into sprint and save a slot.


I don't suffer from altitis, I enjoy every minute of it.

Isn't the Stealth proc wasted since no stealth powers stack with Mask Presence?

No, the stealth proc stacks just fine with mask presence, I have one in my nightwidow (an unbounded leap: stealth in sprint) and her PVE stealth is at 70 feet when sprint and mask presence are both running.

The stealth POWER (from the concealment pool) will not stack with mask presence, as they are basically the same power. I don't know about super speeds stealth but I know it stacks with the stealth power and with cloaking device from the blaster devices set, so I assume that super speed would stack its stealth with mask presence as well.

Yep, the stealth proc stacks with all stealth powers.

My Night Widow uses a mix of melee (2 ST, 2 PBAoE) and ranged (1 ST, 2 AoE) attacks with an average of about 67% positional defenses (68% melee, 69% ranged, 65% AoE). Typed defenses are mostly in the 40s for the most part. There is usually a second or so gap where her positional defenses are around 51% (52% melee, 53% ranged, 49% AoE) while Mind Link is down. Theoretically Mids' shows second and a half overlap on Mind Link, but i think the animation time throws it off.

Edit- This is the build i currently have on live. i'm planning to drop Placate, reassign the two slots added to it and take Teleport instead. Placate doesn't really add enough to my dps unless i save it for PBAoE powers:
