Mind/Psi/Ice need help please

Hello all

Got my dominator sitting at level 47 (deleted my first one, d'oh!!).
I have got permadom, but I still have room for improvement. Also, with the new alpha slot, is it recharge all the way, or would it be better to go for damage?
Any advice, or thoughts as to where I could gain extra?

I have all the sets so far, but still have cash to spend so may be able to swap some things out.
Ultimate goal is trying to get drain psyche perma, just no idea where to put extra slots etc. Defence is a bonus though.

If you're main goal is to get perma DP you need more recharge. my mind/psi/psi dom has 190% global recharge with hasten and 97.5% rech in DP and it has a 31 second recharge. however, if you want to keep your defense numbers, i would suggest trying to squeeze in another 10% into your global recharge to make maintaining perma dom a little easier and enjoy.

in terms of the alpha slot, right now i've got a spirit common and a nerve common. i use the nerve when running SFs to make sure my controls (MH) hits. spirit was just to see how the recharge does but i think i'm might make a musculature for the damage.

Subdue should be slotted for damage and Drain Psyche needs an Accuracy IO. I normally put the Kismet 6% to-hit unique in Combat Jumping since defense IOs don't do a whole lot for the power.

Hoarfrost and Hibernate are also very nice. Hoarfrost is a great way of boosting your max HPs which works wonders with Drain Psyche's regen buff and Hibernate is a nice way to avoid face planting.

Thanks for the feedback.
I mainly use subdue as a mule power for the recharge. I may have a look at what's available though ans see if I can shift some stuff.
The kismet idea is something I should look at.

Infini, if you get the musculature can you let me know how it goes? I think more damage is probably more use to me, if I'm already perma.

I haven't gotten a chance to make it yet, but considering most of my attacks have about 80 to mid 90s of damage enhancement, it should make a noticeable difference. i'll let you know. hopefully something this weekend if i have the shards for it

Slot Sleet with the Achilles' Heel Proc and an EndRedux/Recharge Set IO (or just the proc if you are short on slots and can afford the endurance cost of the power). Sleet has a base accuracy of 2x so it rarely misses and it has terrible damage so slotting for either is not worth it.

ook got my musculature common slotted and tested mesmerize (which has 3 damage SOs) on a level 40 fortunata. pre-musculature the damage was 184 and jumped to 193 with it slotted. just a quick test but it should make a noticeable difference overall
