Here's what I came up with on the fly. It caps S/L/E defense pretty easily and comes close with N/F/C without the use of Weave. With a build like this, Divine Avalanche is kind of pointless, so I subbed in Sting of the Wasp for a bit more damage. GC is your go-to proc machine.

Also just think you can get the Incarnate for 33%End Reduc/20% Resistance and you got something to mitigate your damage intake. Or grab the 33%Damage/20% Defense Debuff...whatever floats your boat.

Nowhere in my version of the build is Grant Invisibility and I always slot Stamina lol

Simply put, you will not need more than the base slot in stamina with energy drain handy. If you have endurance problems from that build, you'd have to be doing something VERY wrong. Also, I picked Grant Invis since this is a PvE oriented build. Stealth wouldn't do much for you in those circumstances, but you could use grant invis on your team, port them to the end of a mission (red side respec trial comes to mind) without an enemy alert before you're ready.

I didn't take Placate because I find i'm out of hide mode more often than not because i'm more of a engaging type of fighter. You want it add and remove something...and I get all the stamina because of set bonuses and not having to worry about clicking something is always great!
I don't even use Conserve Energy except for those long haul fights with AV's. So get what you want and slot it how you want...just showing you my style of greatness. There are many ways to build a toon. Hell at one point the build did have Energy Drain but I definitely wasn't using that...main reason you see Overload in the build for the Shield Wall proc!

If one didn't mind parting with, say, GI (bit specialized in my mind, but I understand), they could pick up Maneuvers and add a Cyto to finish capping N/F/C.
Now, off I go to attempt to adapt it for Kin/!
Edit: Yes I realize Maneuvers on a Stalker is terribly, terribly inefficient.
Need help figuring out what I'm going to do for my stalker. Any help is appreciated. I left some blank because i don't know what do do with them at all. I'm a total newb when it comes to IO's. The only IO's I have sloted right now are the Mako's Bite the rest are what I'm thinking of putting in. As of this post i have Musculature Radial Bost sloted for incarnate. Thanks in advance for all feed back and help
