Don't do it. You'll make a guy all good then you'll be nerfed. Save yourself.
Take Flurry from Speed pool
Jump Kick from Super Leap pool
Air Superiority from Fly pool.
Profit.
That is if you can actually find anyone to PvP with.

i want to do RV mostly but want to know if its possible to have a decent pvp build for RV to also go into other pvp zones, i am wanting to try a blaster, tired of being a scrapper want something new
A blaster in RV or other zones.. you have a few options. Many will say psi/em, which is a solid choice. But for zone stuff and solo or small group Arena PvP it's not the only one. /em is the best option for Boost Range. Primary there's several ways you can go. Psi is good, fire is still my favorite, sonic is solid, and archery and rad have their place as well.
Play around with it and see what you like. Good luck.
