Well, that's helpful, but what problem are you having?

These are exactly the files we need to help diagnose problems but since there was no response from the OP I'm going to guess based on what I am seeing.

My guess: Game has a very low frame rate or there is some other graphics problem like contacts not showing up in contact window.

Answer: The computer doesn't have a graphics card but is instead relying on an intel graphics chip which was never intended for advanced graphical use. Intel basically creates chips which can manage low level graphics but refuses to update their drivers because as is they work just fine for browsing or watching videos. And computer manufacturers continue to use those chips because they can get them cheap. Also the processor is lower end for video game usage. It's a notebook computer that was in no way designed for playing high end games. And there isn't really any solution other than to play the game in safe mode and be satisfied with your results.

Since all the video processing has to rely on ram and there are only 2 gigs of ram in the system there is a chance that performance could be slightly upgraded by expanding the system to its maximum of 4 gigs but that performance leap would be fairly minor consisting mostly of faster load time when switching zones or loading into a mission.

If that isn't the problem then let us know what is and maybe we can come up with something.

I get into the game,loading and i get black screen and an error with somthing like ig4dev32.dlll and saying about laptops and other upgrade...As i heard Graphics cant be upgraded on laptops..i always hate it >.<

Yeah, somebody might be able to find you more recent drivers for that chipset but like I said, Intel doesn't really care if it's graphic chips are compatible with any games or not. I did some quick searches but wasn't able to find any updates. Your only option might be to use a different computer.

It's a bit problematic sometimes updating laptop graphics drivers as sometimes the OEM's (in this case Sony) make some tweaks and customizations to the system that won't allow the generic Intel drivers to be installed normally. There are ways around that, but it's not a process I'd want to try to explain through a forum conversation with someone with lesser technical skills than my own.

Looking at the Sony support site for that laptop, it appears you have their most current video drivers. OEM's are notorious for not updating drivers, especially video drivers, unless there is a major problem found within a short time after the laptop is released. They will sometimes not continue updating the drivers while the laptop is still in production if there are no serious problems. I've yet to see an OEM update a driver once the laptop is out of production.

With that said, you can try to install the most recent drivers from Intel for that chipset. Click the link in the previous sentence and save the file to your desktop. After the file finishes downloading, right-click the file and select Run as Administrator. Follow the prompts on screen. It will likely give you an error message if it can't install.

The most recent drivers on the Intel site are only a little over a year newer than your current drivers. Still, that may be enough to help get past this.

perhaps "CohUpdater.exe -usetexenvcombine" in the shortcut? I know it solved an issue with a friends laptop but that was a couple years ago. He was having the same issue though.
