The next tiers are coming in later issues. As of current, you can only obtain the first two.
Fie! I thought all of the existing tiers were unlockable for the "alpha" slot only, and all the others (judgment, etc.) would come in later issues.
Well crap. Lots of shards and nothing to do with them.
the shards aren't going anywhere.
Save em until the later tiers actually appear

Quick question:
I've unlocked the first two slots of the tree I want (rech/heal) but I don't see the third tier unlocking to tell me what I need to make the next level - why is that?
