I guess I should also add that I filed my petition about the Emails under "Tech Issues" since items were actually missing....maybe that was the wrong selection IDK. The Petition I sent about the Abandon Sewer Trial rewards I selected "General Help" was this incorrect? I'd also like to add when I do petition "Stuck" I almost always get a super quick response and the Help is always spot on.
How come the only I only get a response from GM's is when I classify my petition as "STUCK" anything else I never here a word on it. Just ran Abandon Sewer Trial and received no reward. I also never heard a word back about enhancements missing from my Emails going back now about a month.

If a ticket HAS expired, you can often start it back up again by replying to the appropriate e-mail. When you DO reply (whether to update or to reopen a ticket), make sure you put all the appropriate information in between the two marked lines. Everything else is auto-generated and the GMs WON'T SEE IT if you put it anywhere else.
If you DO NOT want to use the e-mail support system, make sure your Knowledge Base/Support password is up to date (or generate one if necessary) and do all your reporting through the support website: http://help.ncsoft.com

Well I just went and updated my contact information seems it still had me at an Email address from a ISP that went out of business years ago. I suppose I should resend Petition since if any response was sent its lost in cyberspace (Al Gore ate it). Thanks for the reply.
Sounds like you need to check and fix your support settings. Once you file a ticket you need to keep that ticket hot. Each one has something like a 24-hour timer on it. Once the timer is exhausted, it is assumed that your problem is solved. The onus is on YOU to keep things going. It is YOUR responsibility to keep after them regarding the nature of your petition. DO NOT open a NEW TICKET, just respond to the old one--even if it is just, "So, how's the fix going?" or "Find anything yet?"

When you start receiving replies for the new petitions, explain that you no longer have the email account that was used to set up the account and ask if they can help you get it reset to use your new email address and a password of your choosing or if they can just reset it as if you'd never set it up before. They may have to bump that portion up to a senior GM, but they should be able to offer some assistance with that.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

Glad to hear it's being worked on.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

They are doing that now Tex. My support ticket was immediately bumped up to a senior GM since I made it clear about my email address and not being able to access the original support ticket. Waiting for response now.

They emailed him they they were advancing his petition to a higher tech, who emailed him and asked for more details. As of yet there has been no actual remedy except for the two emails.
He cashed in merits for recipies before the downtime, minutes or hours i have no idea, but when he returned after servers up the emails were gone, I would assume to replace merits cant be that hard but who am I right ..
Might be good idea if they send gerneral warning out dont email yourself anything on server reboot day LOL half a joke hehe
