They're already cross-faction. Go Rogue/Vigilante and you can participate on both sides.

That's the same as saying that Atlas Park is cross-faction.
I have not done a Hami since the old days before they revamped it - where do you go these days to join one?

But market merge and email changes pretty much spelled death sentence to Red hami raids. You can do it on blue side with heroes, rogues and vigilantes, and email loot to your pure villains.
What server are you on? I know I see Red Side Hami Raids formed like twice a week on Virtue.

Side switching I find has pretty much killed Redside. Almost everyone of my villians are rogues just so I can play them and team more consistently.
The hard things I can do--- The impossible just take a little bit longer.
