Help me build the best Invul/SS Tanker for i19

I have been playing this game for about 33 months now and I still don't know how to crunch numbers to get a solid build for my invul/ss tanker (lvl 50). I have some enhancements that I have stored up (that I hope we may be able to use) and I have about 1,162,802,570 in influence that I've collected from all my toons (4 in total) for the past couple of months. I have a couple of other toons to work on but I really want to get a good tank build that does decent damage but really can stand toe to toe with an arch-villian (ie. STF) I would take any suggestion you give with the resources I have but I definetly want to keep foot stomp, fly, hurl, haymaker, jab and knockout blow. I don't just want to be a punching bag (as a tank is supposed to be I know). I like to FIGHT!! LOL. Can you help me?

You can browse the guides for inv/ss. I believe they should give you some insights on how to build your tanker. I made you a build below which soft cap typed defense. I avoid using purple and pvp IOs, but I afraid that it is still over your budget. What you can do is to keep your current build, and create a second build which you can slowly slot. For STF, I believe you need support or a lot of inspirations even with an IO setup.

Looking at the above build it's nice, but very very expensive, tankers in general are expensive to fill in with good IO sets but I guessing that build will run you 600 million and change. Basicly Kinetic Combat 100 million a set x3 and Cytoskeleton Exposure 150 to 200 million each. Thats if you want it NOW all things are cheaper if your willing to use hero merits and wait for your lower bids to come though.

This is my Invul/fire tanker that I'm working on not SS so you'll have to disregard that part of it but the Invul build is a very sound build using much of the advice from the posts I linked to above, and it should cost only about 200 million at most.
