Have you tried asking this question on the Titan Network message boards? I would guess there would be a much greater chance that their developers read their own forums with far greater scrutiny than the game forums.
Also, look at the other threads in here with activity from the past couple days - another person had the same issue, and a solution was posted, as I recall.

I'm having some problems with Mids since I updated to I19. I get an endless loop where it tells me a recently downloaded update pack has not yet been applied and it has to restart. It then restarts endlessly and never gets anywhere. I have to reboot my computer to get it to stop.
I deleted and reinstalled and it was working fine until I try to open a link from the forums and it starts all over again.
Any ideas?
