Is there a badge hunter pack for Issue 19 yet?

Explain, "pack"? Badge-hunter and CIT both support Issue 19 badges, and Vidiotmaps has their map pack updated for Issue 19 as well, if that's what you're referencing.

I applied for membership but my account never got activated for some reason. So I came to this forum to ask for help. Someone just posted the link to download it from another website.
