I was away from COH for a long time so please excuse the ignorance to what I'm sure are simple questions.

1) Where is the hero merit vendor? I've found a ton of merit vendors but never seem to be able to find a H-Merit vendor
2) I've heard I can convert regular merits to Hero Merits. Is this true? Where do I do it?
3) Is there an up to date wiki site for this game? I found a COH wiki but it seems out of date and hasnt been updated since 2009

Welcome back to the city!

And don't be afraid to ask a question, either here on the forums or in-game. We're generally a helpful bunch.

For the people who don't want to visit the wiki and just want the answers, here you go. (But really, everyone who has questions about the game should bookmark that wiki. It's so amazingly helpful.)

It's in a zone called Fort Trident, you get there from Atlas Park. Look for a green dot on your map in the Prometheus Park neighborhood just west of City Hall. There's a door in the rocks next to the water.

Warning: you have to own Going Rogue to get or spend Alignment Merits, and you have to be a full Hero to get or spend Hero Merits. Vigilantes and Rogues can't get them. Plus if you ever shift alignment away from being a hero, you permanently lose any unspent Hero Merits. The same rules apply to Villains and Villain Merits.

Yes it is. You can convert them in the same place as you spend the a-merits. Heroside that's in Fort Trident. Very near the entrance is a guy named Botler, you can click on him and he'll explain some things. To do the actual buying and converting you'll need to click on the box of parts next to him. It takes 50 reward merits and 20 million inf (20,000,000) to make one A-merit, which you can do once every 20 hours.

Gemini gave you the right site. You'll see some people call it Paragonwiki.com - that's the same place, they're mirrors of each other. (Just don't visit the one at Wikia... last I heard it was full of spyware.)

Enjoy!

And for villains, it's the Crucible, in Cap Au next to the magic QM.

Negaduck: I see you found the crumb. I knew you'd never notice the huge flag.
