  • I am planning to run HWfRV with Mr E-Villain, but will eventually move over Cold Satisfaction & may switch off to her if needed
  • You do not need to be a Reformed Villain to join
  • Not sure how popular this will be, but if we get enough sign-ups, we will run two teams

Hey Mr E, I don't think I'll be able to make it tonight =(. I've been in a lot of pain the past few hours, and I think I'm going to take a pain pill and go to bed early. Recovering from surgery sucks. Sorry to back out at the last minute.

I'm trying =). I have good days and then I have days like yesterday when it just hurts. Of course having a cough/sneezing fit didn't help matters. That *HURT*. It caught me off guards, and I didn't have my abs braced, and it felt like I pulled a few things.

Today feels like a good day. I haven't dozed off yet and it's 9am. :smirk:

First week or so, take it really slow. If your body says nap, then you nap. If you sneeze, brace yourself. At some point, your scars will feel like they're suddenly on fire. That's good. It's your neurons firing up finally.
