Correct. Because you don't need to select any of the inherent powers (health, stamina, sprint, brawl). You get them automatically. You can SLOT them, but that happens in... um... 'Phase 2' of the respec.

How well I have learned that..I have done 32 respecs so far. I LOVE that health/stamina are now inherent!
