Not sure if I understood right, but you can copy the files from the CoH folder on your old system to the new system (after installing CoH on your new system) to speed up the patching process
yes thats what i want i just need a hand determining which files to copy and which not.

Not to be a sad sack here but 95% of the game files have been updated at least once in 2010. About 80% within the last 6 months. Other than staying on top of the updates as they happen, even if you aren't currently subscribed, there isn't a way to shortcut a long download after an extended absence.
Moving an up to date install from one system to another is easy, Bill Z Bubba has a guide for that, but a quick way other than sitting back for a long download, not really. It would probably be just as fast to grab the updater from your account screen and let it download the whole game.

i actually have a completley updated CoH on the computer im on right now (Ie: the soon to be old tower) so BillZ's guide is just the thing i needed

Its been a while since ive been away but im back and hopefully here to stay
anyway the time has come to get rid of my current tower in leiu of a new one. the problem is my internet, though fast enough to play this mmo, is slow when concerned with updates. an example would be on my last fresh install it took 3 days to get to play time. so what im wondering is, is itt possible to copy any amount of files from the CoH folder then after install copy them to the new Coh folder on the new system to speed up, and or not have to update at all? any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated.
