Looking for a PARTY?
There will be a dance and costume contest to promote Real World Hero held under Atlas Statue in Atlas Park on Monday, December 13, 2010 from 5:00 pm until 5:30 pm PST (8:00-8:30 EST).
Everyone is welcome!
Door prizes will be 10mil INF each for the first ten people with a Real World Hero Gold Title. All others who show with a Real World Hero Gold Title will receive 1mil INF each.
If at least 20 people attend there will be a costume contest with prizes for those with costumes, descriptions, and/or names that positively promote Real World Hero.
Want a shiny Gold Title? There are at least two ways...
1) Donate to one of the four featured charities via http://realworldhero.com. Remember to leave your Global Name, Character Name, and Server Name in a PayPal comment after donating to become eligible to receive a Gold Title in-game. Full details in the main forum thread.
2) Become sponsored! Earn a Gold Title by leveling a hero or villain.
3) Join in the Treasure Hunt at Festival Of Trees. - CLOSED

THE PROJECT FOR AWESOME - The creators of P4A have pledged one penny towards charity for every comment posted on Samuraiko's YouTube video and other P4A videos during December 17th and 18th, up to $10,000 dollars. Comment and like to get extra visibility, and thus extra funding, for Real World Hero!

MAKE ME A SUPERHERO! - Design what you think the iconic hero representative might look like from any or all of the four charities this year: Child's Play, Donate Games, Operation Gratitude, and Heifer International. Post your submissions to the contest thread before 9:00 pm PST (Midnight EST) on Tuesday, December 28, 2010. Then check back at http://realworldhero.com/ until December 31, 2010 to vote on the winner.
AUCTION - Last but not least the Real World Hero auction will conclude at 9:00 pm PST (Midnight EST) on Saturday, December 18, 2010. There are now over 50 unique, rare, and hot items for you to enjoy. But only if you remember to bid!

Thank you for the compliment, Mr. Wentworth, but we all know you and Mrs. Wentworth are the biggest and best driving force Real World Hero could ask for.
Well, the servers going down just now put a hiccup in today's events, but things will resume as soon as maintenance is over within two hours.
At that time Mr. Wentworth will resume the CHRISTMAS COSTUME CONTEST CAVALCADE at the scheduled server. Freedom and the others missed due to down time will be visited after Champion. More details will be posted here when the updated schedule is confirmed.
DancingBeaver also reported that his computer fried only a couple hours into his 24 Hour Leveling Marathon. Sadness! Still, please consider donating towards a charity at Real World Hero to support his attempt.

The yearly Real World Hero Charity Drive started November 19th, 2010!
Charities focused on are Child's Play, Donate Games, Operation Gratitude, and new this year is Heifer International.
There are many ways to participate in the 2010 Real World Hero Charity Drive!

Next, enjoy the AE Arc #468971 created by @Hercules and use the Contest Clues plus Souvenir to earn prizes.
Then it is time to stop by the Real World Hero Auction! There are over 40 choices, where City Of Hero costume cards are just the beginning. Hurry, bidding is already underway. The auction ends 9:00pm PST (Midnight EST) on Saturday, December 18th, 2010.
