Maybe if you scanned a page or two, I could tell you whether it's the one I want or not... It'd be appreciated.
It is the Scott Kurtz PvPOnline comic he did for City of Heroes that came with the Collector's edition of the game. It ends with Brent talking to Jack Emmeret about making a Mac version of CoH.

Has the links to nearly all the strips about CoH/V from webcomics.
The actual links may not work as PVPOnline revamped it's website since then but it does have the dates of the strips so you can look it up in PVPOnline's current archive.
