You'll get access to all possible choices at that point. My defender just did a respec and had access to all possible hero APP and villain PPP.

Thanks very much! Doing it once it is hassle enough, so wasn't up for having to repeat every time I respecced.
Simple question which I've found it hard to find an answer for.
If I change my alignment to Villain and do the Patron Arc I unlock the PPP's. But if I then change my alignment back to Hero can I still take PPP powers? Or do I have to stay a Villain to have access to them?
Edit: Argh! Found it right after this, but a confirmation of someone who's done it would be magic.
